To compliment my writing work, my background in animal welfare, wellness, and teaching has put me in the centre of the people, experiences, and ethics behind the industries I write about. I’m a volunteer investigator for the Société Protectrice des Animaux, which gives me valuable insight into responsible wildlife and conservation-focused storytelling.
I’ve written for many travel brands including Remote Lands, G Adventures, and Explore, on everything from outdoor adventures in national parks to the latest travel news, and have a special interest in wildlife tourism.
Living in France for almost two decades has opened up a world of both English-speaking and European travel audiences, as well as access to lesser-known destinations, local perspectives, and on-the-ground travel experiences.
